How Can Vaginal Infection Be Treated?

Dc, I have been yeast and BV free for a couple years. i used to have recurrent on both. My Doc Rx Boric Acid and since then..nothing . I used to prevent every month but then stopped. I have a new boyfren & we do not use condoms. Just this week i did my 2 monthly maintenance of canditral & Tinigyl. However i jus came down with bad case of BV....I have used 2 caps of Boric Acid but wanted something oral to maintain...Any ideas?

Hello dear. I understand your problem. I think you should take some metronidazol tablets by mouth. Also after finishing your topic treatment you should take some ovules that contain lactobacilus in order to regulate the ph of vagina and give you a long time protection. Best regards.
