How Can Vaginal Itching And Irritation Caused By Allergic Reactions Be Treated?

So im allergic to latex condoms and a couple of days ago i got exposed to a latex condom by mistake ,when i went for a sonogram two days after the sonogram is when i started to get a bad reaction. Normally it would go away on its on but its done nothing but get worse. Now the bad part is i just got my period so its itching and irratatted really really bad, its become so dry it hurts when i wipe and burns badly. Also there s a lot of a brown dirt like substance every time i ich and wipe. can you help me out its starting to get really painfull. Should i see a doctor ?.
