How Can Vaginal Itching With Anal Area Lumps Be Treated?

hi, i broke up with my boyfriend about 2 months ago after finding out he had cheated on me. straight away i went to the doctors and got tested and found out i had Chlamydia. I took the medication prescribed, but i still do not feel right. i have been experiencing a lot of itching in my vaginal area, and about two weeks ago i noticed a handful of small lumps, almost like skin tags between my anus and vagina. i am so terrified that this is something like herpes. please help? i have an appointment with my doctor on tuesday but i am completely panicking just now!
