How Can Vaginal Labia Swelling With Pain Be Treated?

Hi my inner vaginal labia is swollen, i have not had intercourse at all for 6 months, but do take bitrht control pills to regulate my menstrual periods. Went to see the doctor about 2 weeks ago and performed a culture and did not found yeast, he told me I had an allegy, did gave me an antifungal cream, which work on and off. Did experienced recently a very sharp pain like almost burn when urinate, when looked at it, one of my labia is very swollen. Please help
