How Can Vaginal Lesions With Burning Sensations And Pain Be Treated?

ok i have struggling a lot of years now with severe burning and lesions on the outside of my vagina. I have gone to several gyn that dismissed me without doing a test and diagnosed me with herpes. It s not herpies, I went to a dermotologist that has me on doxycycline (not sure of spelling) but i still have out breaks even while on that medication i do not know where else to turn can someone help give me the correct diagnosed the symptoms are they come on suddenly like paper cuts and they burn even when i sit and i touch them they hurt very badly
