How Can Vaginal Lumps With Discharges Be Treated?

YES! for about a month now ive discovered that there were some fleshy bumps around my vigina entrance . they do not hurt, itch or grow but from time to time they increase an decrease.Also recently ive been experiencing whitish creamish discharge. ive never came across anything like this before an im worried. plz help!
