How Can Vaginal Lumps With Itching And Soreness Be Treated?

hi- I woke up this morning having spongy like bumps in my vaga about the size of a dime in various areas towards the opening. I just had my cycle and I have been sore when having sex before this and mainly itching after my hubby and I have sex could this be because my estrogen balance is off? thank you, Dee
