How Can Vaginal Pain, Fever, Odor And Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

I forgot a tampon in for over a week and just found it. i searched because I have been have foul odour and now abdominal pain that keeps getting worse. Should I go to the prompt care ? its been removed but the pain is getting gradually worse and I have a low grade fever.
