How Can Vaginal Pain On Intercourse And Constipation Be Treated?

I have constipation and I find it very hard to push. When me and my partner had intercourse it was too painful, also something feels weird in the front of my vagina towards the back of the cannal where it hurts obviously when having sex . I am a young adult I am of age for intercourse and I have had it many times before. Help me ( I am going to the doctors Monday)
