How Can Vaginal Soreness, Pain, Bleeding And Patch Be Treated?

Hello, I am very embarrassed about this as I am only young and I was wondering if you could tell me what is wrong. Recently I have had a very sore vagina. Yesterday when I had a look to see what the sore was I noticed a small white patch on the inner side of my vagina. However, today when I looked at it again I noticed it was bleeding and I am in a lot of pain-especially when I go to the toilet. I was just wondering if you would be able to help me because I am in a lot of pain. Thank you.
