How Can Vaginal Tear With Urination Burning Sensations Be Treated?

Heres the condition...My boyfriend and I had sex on the 23rd, the following day when I urinated it had burned and felt like I had to push it out. The 25th I checked my self out down their and I noticed a tear at the opening of my vagina. Since then whenever I have urinated it burns, it is now the 28th and after I urinate it feels like I still have to go and have to push it out. Also today while i was pushing two brown clots came out.
