How Can Vaginal Wall Lump With Spots And Pus Be Treated?

Hello. I have this red bump on the outer lip of the vaginal wall. It has two litte white dots. My mom thought it may be cyst or herpes. I was tested for herpes, that wasnt it. I tried squeezing it thinking it was a pimplw, it felt like it popped on the inside but the bump and two white dots are still there. Any idea as to what it may be?
