How Can Vaginal Wetness With Pelvic Pain And Cramping Be Treated?

hi there,I'm having a wet vagina for so many yrears, I am 30 and since lastyear sometimes I get a very bad pelvic pain and cramp which normaly last for 2 days or so.I've never been in gyno and Im not sexual active and Im so shy to talk about it to anyone because I'm scared of what it might be. please help!
