General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Vestibular nerve is a cranial nerve controlling your balcing center and damage to vestibular nerve can cause vertigo and dizziness. You have to consult an ENT surgeon with expertise in skull base surgeries and get evaluated. As of now you can take betahistine tablets twice a day form symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
