How Can Vision Loss Be Treated?

Hello doctor ; My father is 70 yr old he had eye probem since 6month.we consult doctor and he gave some medicine.after my got his eyesight but in middle of his left eye is black and by side he wil have vision again we went doctor and he gave nepalact drop. But after using this from last one week he is complete blind. Can u pls tel me whts the next move??

exclude cataract may be having nuclear cataract or glaucoma having scotoma iot is to be measured and field tracing should be done.stopmthe drop and take second opinion from ophthalmologist. complete the test and procedure i have advised.
