How Can Vitamin B12 Deficiency Be Treated?

hi, i have vitamin b12 deficiency and have been taking its medicines since a year. i was asked to stop the medicines in between but the numbness in my right leg used to start again. is there any other cure to the deficiency. m currently taking meganeuron od plus capsules once at night

Hi,
I would not suggest any alternative if my patient is doing good on meganeuron od plus. Besides Vitamin B12, this drug has other ingredients like pyridoxine, folic acid and others that will also help in your pain and numbness.
If vitamin B12 deficiency is the only problem, then you can go for injectable forms that can be administered once weekly or once monthly.
