How Can Vitiligo Be Treated?

Hi. I am Avijit. I have been suffering from vitiligo since 1994. I have taken allopathy medicine first 4years and continued homeopathy till now. Though there is no great result but it was overall controled. But no a days it spread rapidly on my neck. Previously I have white spots on my two knees, ankles,elbows. I want to know is this a curable disease? If not then how can I treat it? In this case I even will go to vellore. Pls tell me and also tell me is there any food restrictions?

Vitiligo is a difficult condition to treat.
Consult an experienced dermatologist and get evaluated.
You can consider phototherapy as it has got good results with vitiligo.
