How Can Vomiting Along With Abdominal Bloating And Diarrhea Be Treated?

Hello my son is 3 he has a little stomach bug 2 nights ago he threw up a few times nothing crazy. Then yesterday I noticed his stomach is bloated and harder than usual. And again the same thing today. He still has a little bit of diarrhea. Should I be worried? He is complaining a little of his belly hurting but he is still running around acting normal.

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Do a clinical exam by your Doctor and check his stool for any infection.

2)If bacterial infection suspected discuss with your Doctor about antibiotics

3)Give [ORS]fluids to prevent dehydration.

Do take some lifestyle modifications like this -

1)Get your child vaccinated.

2)Try to wash your hands thoroughly. And make sure your children do, too.

3)Try to use separate personal items around your home. Avoid sharing eating utensils, glasses and plates. Use separate towels in the bathroom.

4)Disinfect hard surfaces. If someone in your home has viral gastroenteritis, disinfect hard surfaces, such as counters, faucets and doorknobs, with a mixture of two cups of bleach to one gallon of water.
