How Can Vomiting And Acid Reflux In An Infant Be Treated?

Hi my daughter is two months and ten days old she has got moderate mid muscular vsd and other two small vsd. She is on ng at the moment bcoz of her poor weight gain as wellas she having high ccaloried milk wiyh formula milk. She has got bad reflux problem she vomits twice a day .What would be solution to stop vomiting. Or is there chances to close vsd

Thanks for the query.
The poor weight gain is due to VSD and we have to supple myths nutrition through the feeding tube.
Reflux is common in infants and most of them resolve with burping. If the reflux is severe so that the feeding get interrupted, you have to consult a paediatrician and might require antiemetic drops like ondensetron.
