My son is 5 yrs old, he is having cold since yesterday with that he had motion 5 times in a day, yesterday I gave him 10ml gripe water, today his motions are fine , but in the afternoon he started vomiting, 4 times he vomited, I want give him vomikind ,what will be the dosage doctor
