How Can Vomiting And Pain Above The Navel Be Treated?

Hi there, im having some symptoms that i want to find out how to clear up. The other day i woke up in the middle of the night with this crazy lump in my throat and about to throw up feeling. The lump lasted for 3 days, today i cant feel it. However, today i feel super super sick to my stomach, ive been throwing up and going to the bathroom on and off all day. When going to the bathroom, the area directly above my belly button has a deep dull ache and my back has a throbbing pain going through it too at the same level. Can you give me an idea of what i can do to relieve these symptoms? I cant eat anything and cant stay asleep through the night.

hello sir,
I need to know whether you have taken any medications for lump feeling in your throat. if so then this could be a side effect of them (analgesics and certain antibiotics).
if not then your are suffering from acute gastritis possibly secondary to infection. for your symptoms try taking antacid plus analgesic syrup ( like mucaine gel...) 2tsp, 3-5 times a day before food,and start one PPI drug (like pantiprazole 40mg, rabeprazole20mg,...) once a day on empty stomach
this should b enough most of the times.if you are young age and Street food lover or u think of any reason for infection then u can try a course of H-PYLORI KIT. that's a one to two weeks kit and it has antibiotic and PPIs. and the above syrup for symptoms. hope this information helps you.
