Thanks for contacting with your health concern

1. going by the age of the child an initial consultation with a Pediatrician is of utmost importance since he is vomiting and urine output has decreased [signs of dehydration are there].

PS. In first few months vomiting could be due to overfeeding or faulty feeding for which mother is advised to burp the baby in upright position and avoid overfeeding and if you think it could be the cause then give:
- sugar water, between milk feeds
- gripe water: 1/2 tablespoon thrice daily
- syrup perinorm: 10 drops thrice daily.

2. After first few months, vomiting could be due to infection [gastroenteritis] or one can suspect congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis, so visiting a Pediatrician is mandatory, since he can determine the cause and make sure if treatment is needed or observation is helpful.
