How Can Vomiting, Loss Of Appetite, Low Energy And Constipation Be Treated?

My son 5years was having abdominal issues, throwing up, followed by low appetite for 3 days and low energy, constipation. He had a bowel movement on Thursday. Now his appetite seems like its back but looks like his stomach is distended. Hes not complaining but it looks larger than usual. What could be the problem?
