How Can Vomiting Sensation And Stomach Ache Due To Smoking Tobacco Be Treated?

Hello i have started doing hookah,too frequently.Although i always suffered from stomachache and felt like vommiting,but this time after doing it,my lugs feel tinglish,they hurt.and i have problems in breathing.I am quite helpless what to do.Please tell me how do i treat it?Also i cant tell my parents about it.

So many issues......
First, this is an expected direct action of nicotine (a gut stimulant that also induces nausea). Many people get used to it over weeks/months, but it does not sound like something one would want to do.
Lung irritation from smoking also occurs in everyone. Most get used to it. Damage to lungs still occurs.

It would seem the issue is stopping smoking.

Having strong reasons to stop, nicotine replacement, supportive environment (including parents) are all helpful.
