As per your query you have water behind the ear drum which seems to be due to fungal infection, wax build up, fluid accumulation, Eustachian tube dysfunction and systemic disease infection. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles , take steam twice a day and apply warm dry compresses to external ear . Also cover your ear while bathing. Put Otogesic ear drops. You should go for audiometer testing as well to check hearing level.I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may examine by otoscopic means to check level of infection. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxicillin at least for a week along with decongestants.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
