How Can Watery Eyes Be Treated?

Hi! I am 12 years old and my eyes are constantly watery. I can see really well out of them but they definitely are hard to see out of at times from the water in them. I constantly have to blink really hard to get the excess water out of them. Also, when I m at school, I come inside to spanidsh class from the outside and my eyes just release water from them. I think that this is from the temperature change. I would just like to know if you happen to have any idea about why my eyes do this. Lastly, I would like to know if it s supposed to be harder to see out of one eye while the other eye is closed, or if it s just me. Thanks so much! Sincerely, Chris D.

Ophthalmologist Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash's  Response
you might be having partial or complete block in nasolacrimal duct. first you have to do punctum dilatation and syringing repeatedly. if it is patent then your epiphora will be controlled, if not then location of block is to be identified. inthis case surgery is the only answer.
