How Can Weakness And Numbness In The Left Hand And Leg Along With Mild Fever Be Treated?

Hlo sir pls tell me I m suffering from typhoid fever and take medicine zenflox plus twice a day since 12 days but I feel weakness numbness in my left hand and leg and sometime mild fever ? Before treatment s typhi o 1/160 and after 12 days it s s typhi o 1/60 and s typhi h 1/40 ? Suggests me problem occured by typhoid or any other reason ?
