How Can Weakness While Suffering Rom Ankylosing Spondylitis Be Treated?

I am patient of Ankolylising spondolysis an primary hyper tention. i take medicine of Saaz500 BD+Rampril 5 mg 1BD+metaprol 50 OD+Vitamin B+calciam+Amplodipine 5mg OD+Methodrex10mg weekly. I feel weakness and my Hb 12.5+ESR 18+Platelate 0000+SGPT high. Give me advice to improve my weakness

I would like to advice you to do vitamin D level first.And apart from these medicines I would suggest physiotherapy too. Some times decreased vitamin D level may also cause joint pains and weakness.
