How Can Wheezing Be Treated?

hello doctor, i am using aerocort cipla inhaler for the last ten years,i think i have dust allergy,i used to use vix inside my nose for the precaution of dust allergy and its consequences like wheezing problems,i want to know how can i rescue from this?

some life style changes and home remedy can help you
practice meditation regularly
eat organic,fresh food
practice abhyanga(oil massage)daily
practice yogasana like Sirsasana (the head stand pose)
Sarvangasana (shoulder stand pose)
Paschimottanasana (the fierce or powerful pose)
Dhanurasana ( the bow pose)
Kriyas like Jala neti and Sutra neti which control sneezing by reducing sensitiveness of nasal path.

home remedy:
herbal tea using ginger,long pepper as natural expectorant.
To minimize congestion and reduce breathlessness, drink some pepper + 1 teaspoon honey + little onion juice. It is one of the natural ayurveda remedies.

ayurvedic medicine:
vasakaristam
talisadi choorna
yastimadhu choorn
agasthya rasayan
kooshmanda avaleha
nayopaya kashyam etc

dont's:
Avoid sugar, rice, pickles, ice cream, cold drinks, curds etc. as all those help in phlegm formation.
Spicy and pungent foods
Foods like cider, wine, beer and cheese may provoke asthma attack.
Allergen foods that are responsible for it like meat, eggs, fish, shellfish, milk, chocolate, food preservatives etc.
