i am male of 22 years of age and my weight is 48 kg,from one year i am syffering from night discharge problem,last year i also sufferd from hematospermia,from than i feel sexualy weak and after masturbation i feel pain and burning sensation,i ejaculate within seconds,but nw i have left masturbation,from one month i am continiously suffering from night dischsrge,sir i am really suffering a lot,please help

Hi,thanks for query.You do not have major illness.As you have stopped masturbation,you are getting excited in sleep and which is leading to this night discharge.Do not worry you are normal.Early ejaculation is not a disease.try deep breathing technique,start and stop technique, and pelvic floor exercise,you will be fine.bye.
