HI,Welcome to HCM with your query.
By the facts of your query,In my opinion, you seem to have Muliple lipomatosis/neurofibromatosis, as though there is no abnormal growth in the existing tumors, their number is increasing.
This is benign and familial condition.Confirm if any of your family member has suffered from it or is suffering like you. This would reduce your worries,as these lumps though increased in number lately, are without any pain or pressure symptoms from them anywhere in the body in the past or currently.
As you are worried,by its growing number,I would suggest FNAC Biopsy of the old and the new lumps, which would fix its benign nature.
So don't fear these lumps to be Cancerous unless proved from HPR -histopathological study reports from a treating Surgeon.

Hope this would help you to plan treatment with your doctor.
Will appreciate hitting thanks and writing review comments to benefit needy patient visitors at HCM like you.
Good day.
