How Can Wrist Soreness With A Lump Be Treated?

staining floors,on hands and knees.one hand to support my weight while brushing with my right hand.left hand palm down with wrist bent back for many hours.now i have a sore wrist with a small grisselly bump in underside of wrist ! any thoughts AND THANK YOU!
