How Can Wrists Bulging Be Treated?

Hi, so i'm sitting down on my couch and i had looked down at my arm which i had placed right next to me. Well i had noticed that I have a bulge on my wrist. Its at the end of my arm and starts right before my hand. It's actually on both of my arms and it's something i've never noticed before
