How Can Yeast Infection In The Groin Area Be Treated?

I think i have a yeast infection but because of some issues i couldn t go to the doctor. I have taken fluconazole for 3 days n it did help but not excessively. This is the second time im dealing with this itching n discharge please if u can do prescribe me an otc medicine to get rid of this problem
