How Contagious Is Ureaplasma Parvum, And Can It Spread Through Saliva Or Touch?

Hello, I have been diagnosed with ureaplasma parvum. I am curious as to how contagious this is? Is this easily spread through saliva or simply touch? I am in a relationship and currently teaching students and I really do not want to pass this to them or my partner.
