How Could Testicular Pain And Lumps Caused By Tight Clothing Be Treated?

Hi. When I wear tight jeans for a while my testicles begin to pain me seriously and I feel lumps there but after I remove the jeans the pain gradually goes away and the lumps disappear. Secondly if I don't pee when I feel the urge my stomach sweals and becomes hard what's the problem,

HI.
The simple rule in Medical practice is to avoid the things which instigate or increase your problems.
So no tight jeans is the rule.
As the bladder increases in size , it becomes obvious i the power abdomen. The best way to empty bladder sooner you feel it is full. Waiting will increase the congestion in Prostate and give further symptoms/
