How Dangerous Is Having Sugar Levels Between 200-384?

My Blood Sugars have been over 200 and as high as 384. i have just started to monitor them this last week. I have moved and am currently between doctors. How dangerous is it to have sugars in this range. I do not feel any different so I think I must have been this way for some time.

there is a clear evidence that patients who are on strict sugar control are less likely to get stoke and heart attack. and those who are not in strict glycemic control face these problems early. so regular exercises with controlled diet and regular medications is of great use. i recommend not to do random blood sugar. do a fasting and postprandil (2 hours after food) sugar levels to monitor your diabetic status
