How Dangerous Is It For Kids To Consume Cerazelle Pills?

My 5 yr old son and my 2 year old son have eaten more than 5 of my Cerazelle pills (the used a chair to get it from the top of my cupboard - thought they was sweeties - going on what my 5yr old is saying) What happens now? will they be effected? if how and what should i do?!
