How Did I Get Itchy Rash On Face And Temple ?

I have an itch -eczema- type rash on left side of temple. I dont know how I got this and dont usually get rashes on my face . I do have sensitive skin and get eczema when I use certain products that would irritate my skin ( usually stick to same brands, but when I try different brands I get problems). How can I prevent/cure? thanks 27 y female
