How Do I Confirm If The Test For Chlamydia Is True Or Not ?

I tested positive for chlaymdia I have had the same partner five years and was tested wen we got to gether and it was neg I have been faithful and he said he has could the swob be wrong or is he lying I need answers I can t go on like this please help me

Chlamydia trachomatis is a sexually transmitted disease..., both the partners needed to be treated at same time... and only if both are negative you can have intercourse with out condoms.., otherwise until the infection is present in any one, you must use either condoms or diaphram to prevent the spread of infection... anti biotic used are azithromycin, tetracyclins..,
