How Do I Confirm That I Am Having A Proper Ejaculation?
I’m nearing the age of 69 yrs. I take Cialis for ED.I have no problem with the sex as well as my erection,however at times it seems that that amount of sperm is less than other times.I experience the total pleasure of orgasm but should I be concerned about the amount during ejaculation?

The semen secretion decrease with the age. The prostate and all secondary sexual organs not functioning like that of young age.
So if you are not planning for conception in future than don't worry about volume or any other parameters of semen.
You are getting orgasm while sex is more important.
