How Do I Encourage Breastfeeding When My Baby Refuses To Latch On?

Hi my baby is a month an he s not latching at all I give him my breast an he just fuss an cry he never takes my breast properly in his mouth so I give him formula what can I do to breastfeed him because I really want to give him that because it s way better than any formula. What can I do?
