I always get nervous when my doctor is taking my blood pressure . I am 15 years old. When I am watching tv or reading my blood pressure is normal. Have any tips?

Visualization. Divorce yourself from the situation. Picture yourself in a good situation, somewhere you love to be, i.e., the beach, running in a field of flowers (do those exist anymore anywhere?), concentrate and think calm thoughts, think "I'm going to lower my pulse and blood pressure now".

You do not require to go for bp measurement unless you have any problem.
While taking bp you just relax,diverting your mind on other routine affairs.
