How Do I Stop False Labor Pain?
Hi! Im 41+1 weeks today, and having false labour pains for 4 days. I am very much tired and exhausted already bcz of these pains before start of true labour. Is there anyway I can stop them, i have taken 2 tablets of 500 mg paracetamol just now, i dnt know if it works or not. I am hell frustated.

First of all it should be confirmed that this is not labor pain as this is the time when labor pain starts any time.
Remain constant observation with your Obst.
Avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water.
