What does this lab test mean? Reactive and bland-appearing urothelial cells, urothelial fragments including rare urothelial fragments with atypia, nucleated and anucleated squamous cells, degeneration, neutrophils, scattered aggregates of bacteria, rare fungal spores and casts, and rare red blood cells are seen.

The lab report posted appears to a biopsy report from urinary bladder or surrounding structures. The biopsy report shows presence of urothelial epithelium showing some atypia. Meet your urologist with the biopsy report.
