How Do Hallucinogenic Mushrooms Affect Vyvanse?

I'm currently taking 50mgs of Vyvanse daily and as directed. My good friend just got ahold of some Hallucinogenic mushrooms and we're planning to eat them this saturday. I've done them before and I know it's dangerous to mix like this but it's gonna happen. I'd like to get an idea beforehand of what to expect and figure out if it's gonna kill me.
