Hello , Can you help me ? I went to get my eyebrows thread. It was my first time threading my eyebrows and the redness were caused quickly. After a few hours, pimples started to pop out ? How can I remove these pimples ? How long will it take for it to remove itself fully ?

I can understand your problem
I think its Folliculitis. just apply topical mupirocin cream 2 times a day.It should resolve in 3-5 days.if it doesn't resolve better take oral azithromycin
