I took 4, I think it was rexall that has a 5 on one side and I forget the other side ,might be a 765 or something earlier .little blue pill - I am coming down and feel tired .will sleep help out and what can I do to get rid of the after effects .I have to drive in the morning

Rexal is a anal gesic. It is cotraindicated in liver disorder.8 tablet imaximum one can take in a day. you will be ok in morning and can drive.
