Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

There are two ways to take off ativan. Either, you can take another benzodiazepine with longer effect like clonazepam and gradully decrease it dose or you can take antidepressant like paroxetine that would look after anxiety attack. It would be better to discuss with your psychiatrist about another treatment options.

Thanks
