I m 18 years old.. My height is 4feet 10 inch.. My mother is 5.7 and my dady is 5.5 my sis is 5.4 and my brother is 5.8.. I want to increase my height with help of you.. I had taken grow up for height growing in 2012 for 2 month.. BuT i did not satisfied

You have given your age but not sex. Height is completly heriditary. It is recorded in gene. You have given the height of parents, but what about grand parents, great grand parents, both paternal and maternal? No medicine or exercise can increase the hieight. Only hope in your case is age. You will continue to gain some height till you are 25 years of age. Or else be sutisfied with what has been given to you by GOD.
